Hi, my name is John Lam. My team and I are proud to serve customers in Diamond Bar, CA and beyond, and we’re able to assist in English, Mandarin, Cantonese, Teochew, Vietnamese, Korean, Japanese, Spanish, and more. As a 4th generation business owner with over 20 years of experience in the insurance and financial services industry, I understand the importance of building lasting relationships and helping people protect what matters most. Family is at the center of everything I do. My brother and sister work alongside me, I have two young children, and I recently adopted a puppy named Oliver, or "Ollie" for short. Outside of the office, I enjoy watching and playing sports, and I currently coach my son’s Pony Baseball League team. One interesting fact about my professional background is that, in a previous career, I had the opportunity to assist both a sitting President of the United States and a Secretary of the Treasury. Experiences like these have reinforced the value of service, dedication, and attention to detail in everything I do.
