Hello, My name is Chris and I'm the office manager and been working with John Lam State Farm Agency for over 5+ years. I enjoy spending time with my family and nieces and nephews. I also enjoy gardening. working out and hanging out with friends and family on the weekends. Prior to my current role, I was a business owner for over 20 years. John is actually my younger brother. My passion is helping our customers and providing great customer service.

I was born in Whittier, California, but raised in Taipei, Taiwan up until around 2008, when we moved to California in order to go to school and seek better opportunities. We’ve been in Los Angeles County ever since. Most recently, I graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from the University of La Verne, and am currently enrolled in Cal State Fullerton pursuing my Master’s Degree in Business Administration as well. In my free time, I enjoy a multitude of hobbies, ranging from reading, to board/video games, to music, anime, cosplay, and martial arts. Currently, working with John Lam State Farm Agency as a Insurance Representative since 2018. I can help you with Auto Insurance, Homeowners Insurance, Umbrella Insurance, Renters insurance, Pet insurance, Workers Compensation Insurance, Commercial Auto Insurance, Business Insurance, etc. A fun fact about me is that I am a registered third degree black belt in Taekwondo, and that I enjoy cosplaying at various Conventions.

Hello, I'm Daniel. I was born in Watsonville, CA and moved to Los Angeles at the age of 12. I spent 13 years in the real estate industry before moving into insurance. I currently have my Bachelors Degree in Business Administration, and love to learn new things every day. Outside of work, I love spending time with my wife and two beautiful daughters, as well as our Husky. I also love golfing, going to the gym and watching my Dodgers and Rams.

I was born in Miami, Florida but moved to Alaska in 2001 when my parents retired from the military. I have lived here ever since, with my husband and our two children. My hobbies include hiking, camping, fishing and reading. But my absolute favorite hobby is playing violin, which I took up as a small child and never put down. I am a Customer Care Representative with John Lam State Farm and help keep his office organized and communicate with our customers. A fun fact about me is that I recently learned to snow board.

Hello, My name is Cathy. I was born and raised in Southern of China and move to California when I was 17. I graduated from Cal State Los Angeles. I’m bilingual in Mandarin and English and can understand Cantonese. I am licensed in Auto, Fire, Commercial, Life and Health insurance. I enjoy listening and helping customers with their insurance and financial needs. I also have real estate and used car sale experience. Outside of work, I enjoy cooking, hiking and spending time with my family.

I’m Alex born and raised in California. I’m second oldest out of 7 brothers and sisters. I'm a city boy that loves to box, lift weights, snowboard, and spend time with my family and my dog Molly. My Hobbies are listening to music and learn from various contents reading, videos, programs etc. I’m working on becoming a pilot and love to continue to grow.
